Eligibility for Refunds

• Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
• You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

• Discounted or sale items are not eligible for a refund.
• Innerwear, swimwear, and custom-stitched items cannot be returned.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
